Inhalation chamber session lasts 50 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session begins. Each session begins every hour starting at 10 am until 8.00 pm. Please bring warm cloths such as sweater and socks. The temperature in the cave is cool, it ranges between 20 - 21 degrees Celsius.

Group meetings in a cave are limited to 12 people. Please call us for prices for a group sessions.

In the classroom we learn how to coordinate our breathing with exercise, which allows for better absorption of microelements contained in the air of the cave.
